i DRIP TRAC®

iDRIP TRAC® is a one-piece positive flow combination Starter TRAC® with a built-in flashing drip edge. Weep holes are located at the front of the TRAC to carry moisture away from the building. Uses include above windows and doors; or as a Starter TRAC. The return face flange is 1" (25 mm) wide, with striations which provide a strong physical bond for the base coat to the return flange. A double row of holes allows for positive bond of the base to the substrate. Weep holes are set at 4" (100 mm) on center.

Can be used as a STARTER TRAC® or Casing Bead. Face return flange is 1" (25 mm) with striations which provide a strong physical bond for the base coat and perforations for bonding the base to the substrate. Available with weep holes. Ideal for use where finished edge is exposed. 3" (76 mm) wide nailing flange also has striations for extra bonding.

STARTER TRAC® Drip Edge

STARTER TRAC® with drip edge. Face return flange 1-1/4" (32 mm) with striations which provide a strong physical bond for the base coat and perforations for bonding of the base to the substrate. Extra wide 3" (76 mm) nailing flange has striations on inside face to aid bonding of foan board to nailing flange. Base shelf has weep holes 3" (76 mm) o.c. to allow migration of water from system.

CB Casing Bead

Acts as a casing bead for the EPS board. Can be used around windows and doors. Provides a clean straight line. PVC surface allows caulking to adhere. Flange perforations allow ground coat to bond with the EPS board. Excellent paint adhesion.

Exteme Moisture Starter TRAC

SB-EMT Starter TRAC is the PVC trim to choose for extreme moisture conditions. For use at the base of a wall, this new Starter TRAC has a 3" (76 mm) back flange and sloped front edge to move moisture out and away from the wall assembly.

Starter TRAC for extreme moisture areas shall be Plastic Components, Inc. #SB-EMT series. All exterior accessories shall be of PVC material conforming to ASTM standards D1784, C926, C1063 and D4216. They shall be used where specified by an architect and installed per industry standards.
