Made for exterior use in EIFS systems. The EPS board should be routed and surface mounted reveal then inserted into channel. Wide perforated surface mounted flanges assure positive bonding of base coat to EPS and 1/8" (3 mm) stops assure proper base and finish thickness.
Exterior Channel Reveal shall be Plastic Components Inc. #_______. All exterior accessories shall conform to ASTM standards D1784, C1063 and D4216-99. They shall be used where specified by the architect and installed per industry standards.
Caulk all butt joints, intersections and ends.
It is recommended that PVC products be used for all exterior exposures.
Reveal Intersection
These factory thermal welded, surface mounted intersections eliminate the costly and time consuming need to field cut intersections.
EIFS Reveal Intersection shall be Plastic Components #________. All intersections shall be factory fabricated and conform to ASTM standards D1784 and C1063. All products shall be third party tested to meet ASTM standard D4216-99 and be Canadian Code Compliant. They shall be used where specified by the architect and installed per industry standards.
Ordering Example: 2225C (for Cross), 2225T (for "T"), 2225A (for Angle), 2225IC (for Inside Corner), 2225OC (for Outside Corner), 2225EC (for End Closure). Allow 3 weeks for delivery. Contact customer service for more information.

Can be used as a reveal on surface area coating applications. Overall width is 2-1/4" (57 mm) except Product #1556, its overall width is 5-1/8" (130 mm)
