Extreme Moisture Starter TRAC™ (SB-EMT series) is the pvc trim to choose for extreme moisture conditions. For use at the base of a wall, this new Starter TRAC has a 3" (76 mm) back flange and sloped front edge to move moisture out and away from the wall assembly. 

Inside Corner Control Joint (2050IC - 2078IC) relieves stress and cracking caused by expansion and contraction in the inside angles of walls and ceilings. 

Clog-free Continuous Soffit Vents (549-75-25 and 300-25) now have large, 1/4" (6 mm) vent hole configurations that offer excellent air flow while resisting pain clogging. Both vents provide 15 sq. in (9678 sq. mm) of free air flow per linear foot, excellent bonding to stucco and are corrosion- and rust-proof. 

Casing Beads w/Back Flanges in two new products:

Critter Control™ Casing Bead (105850WP - 107858WP) is designed to terminate stucco at the base of a wall, while serving as a cap for 1/2" (13 mm) or 5/8" (16 mm) sheathing. 

Window/Door Casing Bead (1058-50 - 1075-100) creates a decorative reveal at the termination point of window and door openings.

Floor Line Control Bead w/ Drip Edge (2078-50, 2078-58)
This trim functions as a horizontal control joint and a moisture control device where two dissimilar materials, such as wood and concrete meet. A typical application would be first floor concrete masonry unit block construction and a wood-framed second floor.

The component allows moisture to migrate down, shedding it away from the wall. Its unique drip edge helps prevent migrating moisture from getting into the V-groove of the control joint, and it keeps it away from the surface area of the first floor wall.

Foundation Sill Screed w/ Extended Leg (632-78EL)

Plastic Components' Foundation Sill Screed is used in a similar manner to a weep screed. Installed at the plate line or stem wall, it protects the bottom edge of exterior sheathing when two materials - sheathing and foundation - do not align. Our Foundation Sill Screed provides superior moisture control and protection against moisture penetration and pest infestation.
